Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Each print is made to order and typically ships within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, international shipping is available! Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Shipping is weight-based and includes careful packaging to keep your print flat and protected. You’ll see exact shipping costs at checkout.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Oh no! Please send a photo of the damage to lexlopezstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.

Prints & Materials

Q: What paper do you use for your prints?

A: Each art print is made with care in house, to ensure quality and consistency. I use a premium, acid-free, 60 lb/230 gsm matte paper. The paper's smooth, non-reflective surface and velvety texture allow for brilliant color reproduction and sharp detail, creating a true gallery-quality feel for your artwork.

Q: Are the prints hand-signed?

A: Yes! All prints include my signature on the back or bottom corner, so each piece still has that handmade touch.

Q: Will the colors look the same as on my screen?

A: I do my best to match colors accurately, but tones can vary slightly depending on your screen’s brightness and settings. In person, they tend to look even richer and softer.

Q: Do you offer framing?

A: Yes and no. I love thrifting and try to include frames as an add on to the site whenever I can, but they are very limited stock. If you don't see the option to add a frame, I make sure to include standard print sizes (5x7, 8x10, 11x14) so you can easily frame them with store-bought options or your favorite custom frame.

Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What happens if my items arrive damaged or become lost in transit?

A: In the rare event an item arrives damaged or never arrives, please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item/packaging to lexlopezstudio@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @lexlopezstudio

Please ensure your shipping information is correct, as I cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment due to an incorrect shipping address.

Q: Is a return/refund possible if I am not happy with my items?

A: Unfortunately, since each print is made to order I cannot accept returns. However, in the event that an item is faulty, damaged, or if you were sent the wrong item, refunds will be sent to the original payment method once I have inspected the item. If there is another reason you are unhappy with the item please contact me at lexlopezstudio@gmail.com so we can find a solution together!

Snail Mail Club / Print Club

Q: What’s included in the Mail Club?

A: Each month’s envelope includes an exclusive mini print, a note about the art + little life updates, and a small surprise such as stickers, coloring pages, recipes, post cards, or anything else I can think up for the month.

Q: When are boxes or letters shipped?

A: They usually go out the first week of each month, so subscribers get their art mail right around the start of the month.

Q: Is tracking included?

A: To keep shipping costs low and accessible, Mail Club envelopes don’t include tracking, they travel through regular USPS letter mail. Most arrive within 5–10 days (sometimes a bit longer for international orders).

Q: Can I skip or pause a month?

A: Of course! You can pause or cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting me directly at lexlopezstudio@gmail.com

Q: What differentiates the mail club from other prints listed on the site?

A: Here are the two biggest differences for me

  1. Be the First: Get exclusive first access to monthly product drops, before they are made available to the public.
  2. A Box of Surprises: The 5x7 inch surprise print and other special goodies are included in your subscription for just $9. Other customers will pay at least $15 for the same print when it is made available to them at the end of the month.
